2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the be888 Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. be888 reserves the right to close all such Accounts and forfeit associated balances.
2.4 Registration Requirements. To create a be888 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including, at minimum:

KYC verification requires submission of at least one valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License). Account functionality — including withdrawal access — may be restricted until KYC is completed and approved. be888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
2.6 Accuracy of Information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registered information and to promptly update your Account details if they change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and termination.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. be888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify be888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
3.2 Account Activity. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all bets, deposits, and withdrawals — is your responsibility. be888 is not liable for losses or other consequences arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss results directly from be888's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. be888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of up to PHP 100.00 to inactive Accounts with a positive balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed without further notice.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting be888 Customer Support. Prior to closure, be888 may require verification of your identity and may conduct a review of recent Account activity. Any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before an Account can be formally closed.
3.5 Suspension and Termination by be888. be888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. be888 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (and other participating InstaPay and PesoNet member banks), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the Account Cashier section.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day, as displayed in the Account Cashier section and subject to KYC verification tier.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the be888 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will not be accepted. be888 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which be888 bears no responsibility.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and have been verified under your KYC profile. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. be888 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
4.5 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your be888 Account wallet instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer and other deposit methods may take up to two (2) business hours to process, depending on the payment network.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed full KYC verification. be888 will not process any withdrawal request to a payment method not registered in the verified Account holder's name.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount per request is PHP 100.00. There is no maximum limit on a single withdrawal, subject to daily limits that may apply based on your Account's KYC verification tier.
5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are processed within five (5) minutes of approval, seven (7) days a week, including public holidays. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other InstaPay/PesoNet members) are processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours of approval.
5.4 Withdrawal Reviews. be888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests, particularly where: (a) the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold consistent with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations; (b) the Account has not completed full KYC verification; or (c) be888's risk management systems flag the transaction for review. Such reviews may extend processing times and may require submission of additional documentation.
5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before completing applicable Wagering Requirements, be888 reserves the right to deduct any unconverted Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount.
5.6 Taxes. be888 complies with applicable Philippine tax obligations. Players are responsible for declaring any gaming winnings for personal income tax purposes as may be required under Philippine tax law. be888 does not provide tax advice.
6.1 General. be888 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific Terms and Conditions applicable to each offer, which are displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform and communicated to Players via registered email or SMS.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific Terms. Until Wagering Requirements are met, Bonus Funds are ring-fenced and not available for withdrawal.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's Terms, Bonus Funds expire seven (7) calendar days from the date of credit to the Player's Account. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited. be888 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus at a time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
6.5 Abuse Prevention. be888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has: (a) opened multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; (b) colluded with other Players to exploit promotional structures; or (c) engaged in any wagering pattern inconsistent with genuine recreational play, as determined by be888 at its reasonable discretion.

7.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on the be888 Platform has minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface. Stake limits may vary between Players based on Account verification tier and game-specific settings.
8.1 Player Responsibility. be888 recognises that online casino gaming carries the risk of problem gambling for a minority of players. be888 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment and strongly encourages all Players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.
8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. Every be888 Account includes access to the following Responsible Gaming tools, available directly from Account Settings without requiring a support request:

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the be888 Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the be888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, and promotional material — is the property of be888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. be888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) modify or copy any Platform content; (b) use Platform content for commercial purposes; (c) distribute, transmit, or publicly display any content from the Platform; or (d) create derivative works based on Platform content.
10.3 Termination of Licence. This licence terminates automatically upon termination of your Account or any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
11.1 Platform Availability. be888 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned technical outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. be888 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, be888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any game outcome or series of outcomes; (c) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials; or (d) any third-party payment processing failure.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, be888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless be888, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by be888 is governed by the be888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Regulatory Disclosure. be888 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law to share certain Account and transaction data with regulatory authorities upon lawful request. This includes data that may be required for anti-money laundering investigations, tax compliance, and responsible gaming enforcement.
12.3 Marketing Communications. With your explicit consent during registration, be888 may contact you with promotional offers, game announcements, and account-related notifications via SMS, email, or in-Platform messaging. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time through your Account Settings.
13.1 Right to Amend. be888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Reasons for amendments may include: changes in PAGCOR regulatory requirements; changes in Philippine law; introduction of new Platform features or games; changes in payment processing arrangements; or other operational requirements.
13.2 Notification. Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by urgent regulatory or legal necessity.
13.3 Acceptance. Your continued use of the be888 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Regulatory Complaints. be888 is a PAGCOR-licensed operator. Players who have a complaint regarding the fairness of a game outcome, the processing of a withdrawal, or any other matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction may submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels in addition to, or after exhausting, be888's internal complaint process.
14.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before escalating any dispute to regulatory authorities or courts, Players are encouraged to submit a formal complaint to be888 Customer Support. be888 aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days. 14.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in Sections 14.2 and 14.3, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
